We have built up a network of special suppliers who share the love of food as much as we do.
From the beginning we wanted to offer something more than just traditional, home-style cuisine. With modern recipes shaped by international influences and using fresh and seasonal ingredients, we hope to delight the senses. At the same time, we were always aware of the terrific raw products to be found in the area - that's why we always prefer them.
Our ambition and vision is to be a special place for a good meal in the Erzgebirge. With that in mind, we will never rest and will ceaselessly try to improve our food, ingredients and atmosphere.
